"Terrible service, got kicked off the policy for no reason and said that I was unable to return (without a reason). They still had the audacity to continue taking my money on “life insurance” through the app, as I was - according to them - supposed to be kicked off and unable to come back. They even told me to take my car to the junkyard after a bent axle after being nailed on the side of my car by a hit and run (never was insured) I was able to repair my vehicle for a decent price out of pocket and am still able to drive it to this day. They never answered any calls or voicemails, they were seemingly eager to ask about someone that isn’t even on the policy, which made no sense at all. Super unprofessional and unsatisfied with their service, would NOT recommend 100%. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!"
