"I recently started looking for new insurance and decided to check out the State Farm website. The process was straightforward, and to my surprise, the rates from such a well-known company were actually very reasonable. I quickly received a quote by email, followed by an introductory message from a local agent. I didn’t have time to look into it further at that moment, but I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn’t flooded with extra emails or phone calls.

About a week later, I finally called the office. When the call was answered, I initially thought I had reached an AI service because the voice was that perfect. It turned out to be Sarah! Her voice was so clear and professional that I almost hung up, but I’m glad I didn’t because she was fantastic.

Sarah immediately pulled up my quote and reviewed all the coverages with me, even noticing that I had forgotten to include my solar panels. "I was getting absolutely taken to the cleaners by my previous company I was with 7 years, my renewal was coming up and the bumped me another $90 per month for no good reason…. 7 years of loyalty and they had me paying as much as a car payment… my six month renewal was absolutely appalling…
I made an inquiry online off a YouTube add and got absolutely bombarded with call and texts… I ignored them all for serval weeks, when things slowed down I caught Sarah’s voicemail with State Farm… the professionalism was off the charts and when I called her back… something in her voice, she flat out sounded trustworthy and was the only agent/company I responded to… so happy I did, she re-worked my policy and was able to offer substantial savings!!!
