"Original: Super helpful answering all of my questions so I could make a confident switch for auto and renters insurance, plus they’re saving me a ton of money! Edit: there was some lack of transparency on the discounts provided. The “Drive Safe and Save” discount was only mentioned in passing as I was paying for the policy. Turns out, I’d rather not participate, so it looks like the rate wasn’t as competitive as I thought. Make sure you scrutinize the quote and ask all the questions before committing."

"I was supposed to be enrolled in the auto-pay program. I had filled out the physical form and sent it back cause I have a hard time with digital signing of documents. I was notified that I needed to make my payment so I called. The young female agent that answered in office confirmed that I was enrolled in auto-pay. Fast forward 9-10 months later when I attempt to register my vehicle I find out I've been w/o insurance for a good 3/4 of a year. I found out they had my address incorrect by one number. They simply said that I had updated my address. Turns out my address as they had it listed was incorrect so the physical notifications were sent to an address that doesn't even exist and they somehow DID NOT SEND ME ANY EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS! I've lived at this location over 20+ years and mentioned there would be no reason to change/update my address. They said they couldn't help me! I ended up paying a $1,200+ fine at the DMV and have to have a SR-22 for two years! After the DMV I went by the Liza Faress State Farm office again and again they didn't take any responsibility and wished me a wonderful day?! THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE THAT I WAS SUBJECTED TO COST ME A LOT OF $$$$. I sent an email to the local insurance board voicing my situation and that entity didn't respond either! WOW! The lesson here is pay close attention to your account cause these people are incompetent and don't care!"

"This office staff has once again earned their 5-star rating! I am once again reminded of why State Farm is the "home" insurance company for our family, but Liza and her staff have provided amazing service. To the degree that my one previous downgrade has been thrown out and their 5-star rating is valid again! After several years, I finally experienced the substandard level of service I had previously only experienced at agencies other than State Farm . While I acknowledge that this may have been a random fluke, I also have little regard for the failure to assure me of coverage within a two-hour period, and after several phone calls and a text. In fairness, I was informed that there were several meetings which staff was required to attend. I truly do understand this. But the ultimate response to my inquiry was one which could have been given in the first call I made. I am confident that this office's staff will once again earn their stellar 5-star rating, but until I can feel like my patronage is valuable, I have to drop two stars. Christina has kept up the outstanding service previously experienced with this office, earning a 5-star rating. I highly recommend. As with my previous experiences, Edie was the definitive representative for this branch of State Farm, doing all the right things that exemplify excellent customer service. Five of five stars! Today's phone call with Edie, at Liza Faress' State Farm office, was genuinely one of the most efficient, productive, BENEFICIAL communications I have EVER had.The fact that it was with an insurance company is always the bonus when that company is State Farm. My specific issue today was not only immediately addressed by Edie, but she made it a joy to contribute my small part for it to be rectified. Her understanding & generous recognition of my specific concerns (partly due to my remote rural location) were the ideal example of customer service. She could teach a Master Class! Thank you, Edie!
